There are two supported ways to install the Balatro Mod Manager on Windows.

The Balatro Mod Manager Installer is currently unsigned. This means that:

Windows Defender/SmartScreen will show "Windows protected your PC"
Your Antivirus software might flag the files/show a similar warning

Why?

We're a brand-new project and code signing certificates cost ~$400/year.

How to install safely:

Download the files from the resources listed on this page.
On the warning screen: Click "More info" → "Run anyway"

Q: How do I know this isn't malware?
A: The source code for this project is entirely publicly available on Github, you can even build BMM yourself if you're inclinded to!

1. Using the PowerShell Installer Script

This is the quickest and easiest way to install BMM.
Simply copy and paste the following command into your PowerShell terminal.

2. Github Release

Installing the Balatro Mod Manager directly through the Github Release is also fairly easy.
Visit the Github releases page and download the latest version for Windows.
